Quality Inn Milan Unveils Refined and Polished NEW Look and Feel
Milan, Ohio – Feb 1, 2017 – Ruta Management, Inc. is pleased and proud to announce that the award-winning Quality Inn Milan has undergone massive renovations and improvements over the past 18 months in an effort to provide our clients, customers, and guests with improved services, amenities, and an enhanced environment and ambiance.
Some of our major improvements and enhancements include:

Over $500,000 dollars spent on capital expenditures and improvements which were comprised of completely gutting all guest rooms and equipping them with new furnishings, fixtures, wall and window treatments, carpeting, and artwork.

Outfitting the hotel with the nationally-known Quality Inn branding of amenities, supplies, and design elements. Although the Quality Inn is certainly unique and is representative of its North Coast Ohio roots, it is also firmly grounded in tried-and-true nationally-recognized.

Considerable time and resources were spent on designing and renovating all public spaces in the facility.

We appreciate and recognize the nation-wide trend to support our guests’ comfort and good health choices and have committed to converting all 102 rooms in the property to non-smoking rooms. Our facility is now 100% smoke-free!

The internet experience of our guests is important to them. For this reason, we now feature a state-of-the-art system and have eliminated all of our older technology including cable modems. Guests consistently report how much they appreciate our new focus on technology in our updated facility.
